As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for completed services, as the materials used in our work are customized and cannot be reused for other customers. However, we do strive to ensure customer satisfaction, so if you're not fully satisfied, we offer adjustments to your service as part of our commitment to quality.

Refunds on Completed Services
Once services have been completed, no refunds will be provided. This includes vehicle wraps, window tinting, paint protection, and any other service rendered by Iconic Auto Restyle. The reason for this policy is that we use custom materials specifically tailored to your vehicle, which cannot be reused or resold to another customer.
Adjustments to Services
If you are unsatisfied with the finished result, we will be happy to make adjustments to your service, but only within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7 days after completion). Our team will review the issue and, if applicable, rework the areas of concern. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Deposits and Refunds
To secure your service appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we can offer a refund of the deposit only under specific conditions:

Refunds are possible only if the materials required for your installation have NOT been ordered or processed. If we have already placed an order for the materials specific to your service, we cannot refund the deposit, as the materials cannot be returned.

If materials have been ordered and work has begun on your vehicle, the deposit is non-refundable, as we are unable to reuse the materials for other customers.

Cancellations: If you cancel your service prior to ordering materials, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if materials have been ordered, your deposit will be non-refundable, as those materials are specifically ordered for your vehicle.
Returns and Exchanges
As we do not deal with physical products but rather custom services and materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges of services once completed. Each service is specifically tailored to your vehicle, and materials are specially ordered based on your unique preferences and specifications.
